Responsibilities of Reviewers

Responsibilities of Editors

• Make fair and unbiased publication decisions based on academic merit.
• Preserve the anonymity of reviewers and authors during the double-blind process.
• Take action against any suspected misconduct.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content, supporting the global exchange of knowledge. All articles are freely available without subscription barriers.
