Everything you need to know to prepare and submit your manuscript to IJAIC.

Types of Manuscripts

IJAIC accepts original research articles, review papers, and case studies that contribute significantly to the development and application of artificial intelligence and robotic technologies.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear, academic English.
  • Use a standard structure: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
  • Provide an abstract of 150–250 words and 4–8 keywords.
  • Figures and tables should be numbered sequentially and referenced in the text.
  • References should follow a consistent citation style (e.g., IEEE or APA).

Submission Process

  1. Prepare your manuscript according to the guidelines above.
  2. Ensure the manuscript is anonymized for double-blind peer review.
  3. Submit the manuscript to the editorial office at editor@ijaic.org.
  4. Receive a confirmation and manuscript ID from the editorial team.

Peer Review

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the published work. Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two independent reviewers.

Publication Charges

No submission fees or article processing charges (APC) are required.

Copyright & Licensing

Authors retain copyright of their work. All articles are published under an open access license, allowing free access, distribution, and reuse with appropriate attribution.
